Refund policy

*ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL*

If for any reason you are unhappy, or not satisfied with your item please send us an email at info.theshed@yahoo.com and we will gladly refund your item for the full amount. Excludes custom orders.

Please note the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged during the shipping process. All refunds must be brought to my attention within 7 days of the date received for a full refund. We will process and issue all refunds once we have received the item back for inspection.
